RoutePe provides a technology-driven marketplace for logistics and infrastructure, including but not limited to:

• Posting requirements for trucks, cranes, earthmovers, and warehouses
• Tender posting and automated transporter responses
• Embedded financing (asset loans and working capital loans)
• FollowMatic™ proprietary live tracking
• AI-driven compliance reminders per truck
• Insurance services for risk coverage
• Ratings and reviews of transporters and service providers

We act only as a **facilitator/marketplace**. We are **not a transporter, insurer, or lender** ourselves.

3. User Responsibilities

By using RoutePe, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Use the Platform only for **lawful purposes**.
• Not misuse the Platform for **fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity**.
• Respect confidentiality of other users’ data and communications.
• Comply with applicable laws, rules, and industry standards.

4. Marketplace Transactions

RoutePe does not guarantee the performance, quality, or availability of services provided by third-party service providers. All contracts between shippers, transporters, warehouse operators, or equipment providers are **independent agreements between the parties**. Payments, service execution, and disputes are the responsibility of the contracting parties unless expressly facilitated by RoutePe (e.g., escrow services).

5. Financing & Insurance

Financing options are provided by **partner financial institutions**. Loan eligibility, approval, and disbursement are subject to their terms. Insurance services are offered through **partner insurers**. Coverage, exclusions, and claims are subject to insurer terms and policies. RoutePe does not guarantee loan approval or insurance claim settlement.

6. FollowMatic™ Tracking

Live tracking is available for supported vehicles and devices. By enabling tracking, you consent to **collection and use of location data**. Tracking accuracy may vary due to network or device limitations.

7. AI-Based Compliance & Ratings

Compliance reminders are automated and depend on the accuracy of user-provided data. Ratings and AI-driven recommendations are generated based on available data and feedback. They should be used as **guidance only**. RoutePe is not liable for decisions made solely based on AI-driven outputs.

8. Payments & Fees

Some services may involve **transaction or subscription fees**. These will be communicated transparently before use. All payments must be made through approved channels on the Platform. RoutePe reserves the right to suspend accounts for unpaid dues.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and technology (including **FollowMatic™**) belong to RoutePe. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Platform without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

RoutePe acts as a technology facilitator. We are **not responsible** for the acts, omissions, or failures of third-party providers. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoutePe shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We may **suspend or terminate your account** if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in unlawful activity. Users may deactivate their accounts anytime by contacting support.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the **laws of India**. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website and mobile apps with the revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance.
