1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the RoutePe Auto ecosystem, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our "Neural Network" is designed for commercial use by OEMs, dealers, and fleet owners. Unauthorized use or data scraping of our intelligence layers is strictly prohibited.

2. Platform Usage

Users are responsible for the accuracy of data fed into our AI-driven supply chain and compliance engines. RoutePe Auto reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide falsified vehicle data or VIN information.

3. Intellectual Property

The architecture, AI-OCR models, and proprietary RegTech algorithms used in RoutePe Auto are the exclusive property of RoutePe. You may not reverse-engineer or replicate our "Smart Store" or "Nexus" workflows.

4. Liability Limitation

While we strive for 100% precision in our predictive stock forecasting and compliance verification, RoutePe Auto is not liable for operational delays caused by external third-party hardware or manual data entry errors from the user end.

5. Modifications

We may update these terms as our technology evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified "Engineering Automotive Intelligence" standards.
